I have a problem with collecting customer's information after the sale. - I tried uploading pics to this forum - but it keeps erroring out.
I navigate from the POS screen to the more menu - then settings then Customers and then I tick on the "collect customer data after the sale"...
I put the information that I would like displayed to the customer to be seen after the sale. And then hit preview and everything looks good.
I then complete a sale and then the screen asks how the customer wants the receipt..
I click no receipt
then the next screen goes to a page that states get a coupon. It offers a 5% coupon - Even though I do not want to offer a coupon ... I want it to go to what I previewed in the creation of the collect customer data after the sale screen.
The bottom line is the system is not giving me the ability to collect the customer's information without a coupon or how it looks at the preview mode.
I have tried everything to troubleshoot the error but cannot get it to work. I even completely logged out of my account and logged back into my account to no avail.
Has anyone encountered this problem or know how to fix it?
