Anybody out there using instagram shopping with their online store and it not updating? My "catalog" updated exactly once back on April 1st and has failed to connect ever since. I have over 700 items on my online store but only 196 available to tag. Called weebly/square a month ago and have heard NOTHING.

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community. Sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with Square Online Store and Instagram. Assuming you followed these instructions, I'm not sure why it continues to fail to connect. We were having issues with the Square/Instagram integration prior, but have since implemented a fix.

I'm having similar problems and the links that Isabelle shared last May don't seem to work anymore. I've spent MANY hours trying to get my catalog from Square Online to link / sync with my Facebook/Instagram shops. I've been working with Facebook but to no avail so far.
One related question I had is whether it's necessary to upgrade to a paid subscription for my Square Online site to enable shopping on Instagram. I don't see why that would/should be necessary, but if it is, please let me know.

It is not necessary for a paid subscription to use instagram shopping. You need to make sure your facebook pixel is connected. When I had problems last year, there was some sort of bug, and you will likely need to call into to weebly support to get it fixed for you.
