Problem with payment link

My organization is taking donations via a Square link, which has been working well.  One person trying to make a donation via the link has been getting a (mostly) blank screen that only says, "Secure Checkout by Square."  Does anyone know what is causing this?

@plewis42 - sounds like there might be an issue with the browser used to open the donation link. Can they try a different browser like google chrome to see if that fixes the blank screen?
