Printing in IOS no longer working

When I download to print an invoice pdf I no longer have the option to expire it. Nothing shows and I have to reload app

I’m having the same problem.IOS. Tried iPhone and iPad and both are having same issue. Updated phone, tried everything and can’t get it to print or download an invoice to email it.

Have you tried deleting the printer stations and creating them again since the update? 

Give that a try and let me know if you're still having issues.

Ours is not a printer station. When using iOS you used to could download the invoice as a PDF and the option to send it by email or as a text or to save it would appear at the bottom of the screen. Now that option no longer exists and I have to close out of the app to get back to it.

Ah okay, @P3winstonsalem. Thank you for clarifying. 

 

You mentioned reloading the app in your initial post, did you delete it an install it again? Or run a software update? 

 

Our Product Team has recently launched some changes to the Invoices PDF option. Give this a try and let me know if that doesn't do the trick.

I just deleted my app and reloaded it and it’s still doing the same thing.

I can log in through the web and download and send pdf, just not in the app
