Is it possible to add internal product names for printed tickets?

Is there a way of having internal names for items? The reason being, when printed using the Square Terminal I don't an item to go over 1 line for example:

Customer facing menu name: Buffalo Chicken Loaded Fries

Internal/name on printed order ticket: BUFF LF

Hi @smashnslide, thanks for your post. 

At this time, this would be considered a feature request. Or similar to a feature request that we currently have which is to have the item SKU printed on the kitchen ticket rather than the item name, which sounds like it may work well for you. 

Although this feature isn’t currently available, it’s a great idea and I know plenty of businesses would benefit from it.
