Hi, I own a casual dining restaurant and I've been having issues with our printers ever since the software update on 11/20/23. When we have a phone in order, the ticket always get printed twice, once when we put in the order as active ticket and once when customer arrive to pay/pick up their orders after the order has been made. Is anyone else having the same issue?
@BradysSushi are you still having issues? Have you gone in to your printer settings to see if some grainy got toggled on/ off?
we have had our printer start printing a ticket for every item one time after an update but a look at the settings was a quick fix. Or deleting the printer all together and re adding it with the correct settings could also help!
