Printer issues

On my point of sale It disconnects after every sale 

 

at top right corner it’s showing printer issue how do i figure out what the issue is

Hi Hummelmeats,

 

I'm thinking we need a bit more info as basically all we know is you have a printer that disconnects after every sale.  Can you provide some information about what hardware you are using.   For example - a Square Stand with an iPad or Register or Terminal or ?   Printer model ?   Type of connection, i.e., USB or Ethernet ?   As the Community is not the same as Tech or Customer Support, there is a lot of hands on experience here.  Once we know what you have, then hopefully someone here may have some thoughts.
