Print on external printer for one article

I use a Square Terminal, and all receipts are printed from it. However, i want to print a special receipt on an external thermal printer, only when a specific article is purchased. Is it possible?

More precision: Of all articles thst we sell, one is a ticket for a show. When this is purchased, i would like to print some kind of ticket that the user will be able to give when entering the auditorium, seperate from his receipt.

Within your printer station settings,  you can assign item categories to different printer stations, and print a single item per order ticket. This is useful if you need to send specific items to different prep stations or service counters to fulfill orders. While you can assign categories to print, it's not possible to assign at the item level. You can read more about editing your printer station settings here in our Support Center.
