Popups have stopped working, 404 Error - Page Not Found

Our website popups have stopped working, when I look at them in the backend, the preview comes up with 

404

Error - Page Not Found

Hey @hottubparty, thank you for flagging this. This definitely is not expected behavior. 

I've just tested it out on my own account and was able to replicate the issue while trying to create a popup. I've gone ahead and escalated this to our e-com specialist team to see if they can further investigate. I will be sure to update you on this thread when I receive any more information from them.

Hi there @BHWATH, thanks for your comments and sorry to hear you're running into this. 

This issue was resolved a while ago so it's likely not related to what you are currently experiencing. 

I have some questions so we can go through some troubleshooting here. 

- Is your website a Square Online site or a Weebly site?

- Before removing the page, can you please send a link to the page the issue is occurring here so I can take a look?

- Have you made any recent changes to your site or DNS records?
