The “Open Drawer” button will sometimes get stuck on charge. Usually I can just restart the iPad but this time even that isn’t working. What causes this and how do I fix it?
On my screen, my button always says Charge. Tapping it with nothing in the ticket section will change the button to "Charge $0.00." Tapping that again always opens the drawer and logs a No Sale in my transaction report.
Is this what you're talking about? Or is your drawer not opening when you hit the charge button(s)? If it's not opening, is your drawer run off of your printer or plugged into your USB port on your stand or register?
No, mine normally says open, not charge. I think i5 might have something to do with the printer not being recognized.
