I have tried to find an answer about this, but am not finding what I need.
Unfortunately, I do not have the original images of some of my items that are on Etsy, and that requires me to save and re-upload the images to square. However, every time I do this, without fail, I have to go back into the same item and re-add the images a second time, causing me to backtrack.
On top of that, today it's deciding that the images are there, but they're blank. It gave me no error whatsoever, and let me upload them fine. But now they don't show up at all and are just blank photos essentially.
Can I fix this or is this just going to be a perpetual problem? I'm really starting to dislike Square and am considering not even wasting my time on this any more.
UPDATE: I decided to take the photos from my library into PhotoGrid to reformat them, and it appeared to work. However, if I have to do this for every item that I don't have originals for, it's going to be a real pain for me. I'm super disappointed that I had to use third-party app just to get the photos to be usable on Square again.
