So in the time of cheats and CC scams etc, I just received the opposite. Customer called to place an over the phone order. I took the order ran the CC on Square.... Square approved it. All is good told customer to have a great day. 5 min later the customer calls me back, saying he got a question from his bank if this was him making the purchase as he is in Arizona and we are in Pennsylvania. He was told by his bank if the CC did not go through try again in a few minutes. On my end everything looks normal and the amount is showing in my Transactions and the amount is in my Balance. So since my customer was under the impression this may not go through, how can I be sure it will?
Hey Candlestore,
Not sure if there's anything you can do on your end ... if the customer tries again, there's a good chance that there will be duplicate order ... personally, I would wait, give it 24 hours - as long as you're in contact with your customer, you can get updates. Just my thoughts of course.

Hi there, @Candlestore - Thanks for reaching out.
It sounds like you've already checked all that you can on your end, your Transactions and Balance. As far as I know, the payment is locked in once it's in your Balance. As long as this was the true cardholder, then you shouldn't have to worry about a possible Dispute either.
I hope this information is helpful but please do let me know if you have any additional questions.
