Personalizing Payment Link Notifications

When I receive a payment through a link I’ve shared with a customer, I get an email notification — which is great. However, I’d love for the email to include the title of the link used. It would make it much easier to identify which link the customer used without logging in, especially when I have multiple active links. Is this possible?

As of right now, you cannot edit or personalize the payment link email notifications. This is a great Feature Request for our Product Team to possibly put onto the roadmap in the future. Dropping this on our Feature Request board will allow other sellers that are looking for a similar feature for their business to add their voice.

Like @diehardmom below, we are no longer getting email notifications when someone use one of our payment links.  How do we resolve this? We use to get notifications after every payment from a payment link.  This stopped sometime in early Novemeber.

I am looking to do the same thing, as asked about above, be able to edit the email sent to the customer to have the same wording/phrases as my payment link. We are doing a nonprofit annual appeal, and a response of "subscription created" is confusing to the customer, who made a "donation".

Hello TAKSRD!  I am not getting email notifications when a customer buys (pays) from a Payment Link that I have sent them.  Do you recall how you set it up to receive those notifications?  I cannot find a setting that addresses this.  If you can help, it would be most appreciated, thank you !!
