Payments processing disabled

Hi, I am new to square and trying to set up a retail business. I’m trying to allow sales, but it says “Payment Processing Disabled” and I don’t know how to fix it. Please help.

We don't have access to view your account here in the Community, however, usually in these cases this message appears when we're working to verify your identity. 

 

Can you fill in your personal details via this link one last time?

 

If the error message doesn't resolve, you'll need to get in touch with our Customer Support team directly so that they can run through some security questions with you and enable card processing. 

 

You can call them on 0800 - 098 8008, 9AM- 5PM, Mon-Fri.
