Payments not transferring

I am part of a Colorodo non-profit, called the Larimer Alliance. Our donations are not transferring, I cannot figure out why, and support from Square seems non-existent. 

We have over $400 in donations that we really need to get transferred to our checking account...but it ain't happening. 

I am a programmer, and have checked everything I can think of: the bank account is linked, transfers are set up to be automatic, and...nothing. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @rickcasey, is this a new account by chance? I know sometimes the verification process can hold the funds until it's completed.
