Hello,
I am the Treasurer for a club and had our square account transferred to me since I have been managing everything. When I took over I inputted all requested information so that I am registered as the owner with all of my contact information. Today we received an order but the notification went to the previous account owner. I have checked all my settings that I can find and as far as I can see my settings are correct. Any ideas on why someone else is receiving notifications when all the contact information is listed for me?
I am not seeing an option to delete this message but I did find another settings menu that had not been updated. I am no longer needing assistance with this.
