My customer is in Spain, I am in UK - have tried to send her payment links, test, email and messenger and none of them work !! - any ideas ?

That sound's strange, there shouldn't be any issues sending the link to Spain. I have a few questions so I can look further into this.
Are you creating the payment links directly from the Point of Sale app? Is your customer receiving the links and they are not working or are they not reaching her at all?
