Packages disappeared from website

I had packages set up for people to book a set number of pregnancy yoga sessions. 

I had them on my square online site as featured items on the page about pregnancy yoga. 

The packages have now disappeared and I can’t add them back. Anyone know why? They still show up on the backend system for me and still appear to be active but they can’t be seen or added back on to the website!

I'd be happy to look into it for you. Would you mind sharing a link to the page where your Packages were previously displayed as Featured Items?

I'm not sure if this is related to the same issue, but we have had multiple items disappear from our website twice now in the past month. After reviewing the affected items, I found our website was unchecked under "Where it's sold" in item settings.

It is not something our team has changed; groups of items seem to just turn off at random.

If I recheck the box, the items reappear online; or at least they did until more disappeared again here recently.
