Hi there.For months now in the screen of my card reader it comes a black square reading telling that is charging.The results is that i cant see the keyboard to charge the client and they dont like that.All this time NO ONE FROM Square is contacting me and only a software is answering with topics.Anyone knows how i can clean up this screen ?Thank you.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
In order to get a clearer understanding of what you're seeing on your end, are you able to confirm the Square hardware you're currently using (E.g. Square Reader with the Square Stand)?
Additionally, if you're able to send a screenshot or photo of your screen in your reply, that would be helpful.
