Our non-profit only has a PO Box. I would like the PO Box info to appear on the receipt, it will only allow me to enter a street address.

Are you trying to enter the PO Box in the Address Line 1 section from the receipts page of your Dashboard?
I went and gave this a try on a sample account and was able to add a PO Box with no trouble. If you're getting some sort of error message when you try to save a PO Box, could you include a screenshot of what that looks like on this thread?

I reread your reply, and fixed it. I was trying to edit the business address in the app, not on the squareup webpage. I think I’ve got it now. I do remember being told that in order to process cards using square, I would need to identify that I am a real person, with a ssn & real address.

And yes, that is correct. Square verifies your identity during the activation process through the use of your SSN. You can learn more about required information for activation here.
@Joe, I do have one more question, and maybe it should be a new thread. I plan on using the reader at an upcoming event later this month (unless it gets cancelled). I would like to do a test to make sure everything is set up properly. Any ideas?
This should be no problem, @CO-llamas! We would recommend completing a test transaction for $1 and then processing a refund. This will not only give you the chance to test your card reader and the checkout flow, but also give you an introduction into issuing a refund if need-be.
I want to have my PO Box address show up on invoices instead of my physical address (I work from home). Every time I go into the dashboard and try to change the address under Location Details, I get a message across the top that says: "There was a problem processing this request." It does not give me any indication as to what the problem is. What do I need to do?

So sorry to hear about the trouble registering your physical address as a PO box. Sounds strange, indeed. I've gone ahead and merged your post into an existing thread of Sellers who were also looking for information regarding PO issues.
Would you mind posting a screenshot of the error message you are receiving here? Also, which you mind sharing which browser and device you are using?
