The pin pad on screen isn’t accepting customers PIN numbers. The first one or two will show then it freezes. Any help?

Sounds like you may be using a new iPad or iPhone - due to changes Apple made with the way the touch screen operates on their new devices, there was an issue with PIN entry when using older versions of the Square app on new Apple devices.
This issue has since been fixed via an app update - if you update the POS app to version 5.3 or higher this should resolve the issue.
