How do I cancel the transactions to date? I have been doing tests and need to start fresh.

I have been playing with square and have made a number of entries. I need to start from scratch. How do I reset and/or cancel all the transactions?

Thanks for getting in touch.

For regulatory reasons, we're not actually able to delete or otherwise edit transactions once they occur. To balance your books you can simply refund any test transactions.

Alternatively,  you can give our support team a call on 1800 760 137 if you would like to manually deactivate the account and sign up again using the same email address.
