What if costumer used the service and do not accept to pay at all his invoices

@Eaa1985 Square can’t help you collect bad debts. They can send invoices. If your customers don’t pay, you need to get an attorney involved. That is how the world works. Square’s attorneys can’t help you. Only YOUR attorneys can. You obviously have deadbeat customers.
