I am having trouble removing the out of stock option when in fact I did input 20 in stock. Any tips?

Are you trying to adjust this stock in your Square Item Library or your Online Store?
For your Item Library, these settings would be in the individual item. In your Square Online Store, it would be housed in your Online Dashboard > Shared Settings > Item Preferences
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
I have the same issue. I've added stock to our items but on the site it still shows 'Out of Stock' and won't let you add to cart. I've tried updating both in the Item Library and the Online Store and nothing is working to make our items show for sale.

I do see back in April there was a bug for this issue, but it has been resolved. I would reach out to the Square Online Support Team. They can investigate further and file a ticket if needed.

The other thread had the answer - thank you so much! Even though our address and everything was there I had to do the extra setup for pickup and now everything is available.
