Afternoon all. So I've bought a receipt printer and successfully connected it to a Samsung tablet. The issue I have now is the order tab is not showing in the app. Picture 1 is on my tablet. Picture 2 is from my phone. The order tab is showing on my phone but not on my tablet. Anyone know why?
Hi @Thj, thank you for reaching out! Can you let me know which version of the Square Point of Sale app it is on your tablet? You should be able to check this by going to Support > About within the app. If there's any pending update, I recommend installing it and see if the Orders tab will appear after.
Hi. I've only today downloaded the app on to my tablet. It's showing as version 4.99 with no option to update it
Thanks for letting me know @Thj! So the Orders tab are only available in Square Point of Sale app version 5.17 and above. In this case, it might be that the Android version on the tablet is not letting you download a more up to date version of the app. Do you know which Android version the tablet is currently running on?
