Orders not processing on Website.

When customers try to order from my site they are unable to enter addresses for shipping for my out-of-state buyers or complete/ get past the payment page for my local buyers. I have to eventually just send them a link after trying to troubleshoot it on my own. Some help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

What I have found to be a problem is if the customer is ordering and they are typing in their address and it starts to auto populate and they let the auto populate finish the address that is where I was seeing the issue. It was then coming up as incomplete address and I was stuck as well. When I had the customer physically type the complete address it worked. Maybe try that and see if it fixes it for you. If you don't mind letting me know if you had success with this that would be amazing! I hope this helps!

Can you send through a link to your website so we can test this, too? It's also worth checking you've set up shipping profiles for the areas your customers are based in. Take a look at this guide and let us know if you had any luck with the helpful suggestion @willowsky shared, too.
