Orders button has disappeared from Point of Sale

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "Order button and save orders desappeared from my Square"

 

The "orders" button and its section where you can "save orders" disappeared from my Square platform in a point of sale. What can I do to recover it? I need the "save orders" option for my business.

Firstly, I recommend making sure your device is on the latest version of the app available, which is 6.74.4. If you're not sure how to update the app, you can find instructions here. Based on what I could find in my internal resources, this was an issue that was occurring in an older version of the app and has since been fixed in an update. 

Please let me know if updating the app resolves the issue for you! I'll keep an eye out for your reply 👀

That's exactly what we did. We updated the app and the option to activate “Orders” worked. Thank you very much for your help!
