Options on item listing are too limited

I have created items to add to my store. There are many variables due to height and width which make each size a different price to select from a drop down menu. All my ogther items I have added options then the choice of 6 colours in an option drop down and it has worked fine. This time however due to there being so many different prices it will not allow me to add the colour options due to quantity of 250 exceeded or something. I then thought a workaround would be to create a separate item for each colour which was fine until I came to adding my width and height option that has no way of adding the pricing I had added to the first one I had done. Given there are 5 more items now and 250 prices to enter why on earth cant I just import the options with the prices already in there??? Does anyone know a workaround? The more deep I go with Weebly the more more I am finding out I may need to go to Wordpress.

So there is no way to apply an option with prices already filled in to another item and you have to manually fill in prices for all items with the same pricing. Very time consuming and a little stupid really.

Sorry to hear about the challenges you're experiencing with options, @BlueEyez. 

Currently, while you can create option sets that apply to multiple items, the prices of these variations can't be automatically transferred across items. There is also a limit of 250 variations per option set.

I’d like to understand more about your specific requirements so we can find a suitable solution for you. Could you please provide more details about all of the information you need from customers when they purchase an item online?

The price input on the option is the problem as I have multiple items that need the same pricing in the option. It wouldnt have been an issue if I could have applied the 6 colour choices to the item but I have had to creat six different items as the colour option put the item over the 250.

Currently, the ability to automatically apply pricing across multiple item variations is not available, but I think this would be a valuable feature! I suggest visiting our Ideate Board to see if there is an existing feature request for this type of functionality. If so, drop a comment of support, detailing how it would benefit your business. If you don't find a matching request, feel free to create a new one. You can learn more about the feature request lifecycle here.

In the meantime, you might consider using Square’s item import tool to bulk import items with prices included for all of your variations. Please note that the Support Center article I’ve linked is for the US, but the steps are the same in Australia.
