Opening times changed without changing them.

Would anyone know why/how my opening times have changed in October? I have them set for my area time zone and we don’t have daylight savings, but in October my opening and closing times have been moved forward an hour even though it’s still set to my set hours. 

(E.g. 9am-2.30pm has been changed to 10am-3.30pm) my business hour details are still set to 9am - 2.30pm so can’t even change them back.

This sounds like a strange one - my initial thoughts are it might be some sort of technical bug related to daylight savings changes if you're in a state such as Queensland. For more help with this I recommend calling our support team on 1800 760 137 - they will be able to look further into this for you!

 

You should be able to edit these hours in the meantime though via the location settings in your online dashboard. Click on the location in questions, then scroll down to "Business Hours", make your change and hit "Save in the top right corner 👍

It happened to me too

It makes me so confused 

I'm not sure which customer will come what time exactly

It is really annoying

I tried yo change and it made me more confused all times were messed up now
