Online order on KDS getting pushed aside

using the android kds system in our restaurant, and starting today, we are having an issue where, if there is an online order on the screen, it will get pushed down the line if an inhouse order comes in. What setting needs to be changed to stop this? And WHY WOULD IT JUST START HAPPENING NOW?!?!  I have been using this new system for months now, and am finally getting used to the differences in layout and function from the iPad version, and then it throws this at me. Pleease help
