I am trying to verify my identity so I can start receiving payments. I had an online store in up and running sales a few months back. Whenever I click on the "verify identity" page link, it loads up but then I get looped back to the dashboard. Is there anyway to get this fixed, there is no live support to help. I also tried different browsers.
