Online Item fullfillment option error

When creating new Items, both Shipping and Local Delivery is showing on the Online store listing, even though only Shipping is selected during the item creation process. To fix this I am having to manually update fullfillment method (often several times) before the correction takes effect.

Thanks for providing these screenshorts @okaycokey .

I'd recommend checking if you don't have Local Delivery enabled in your Dashboard settings:

  1. In Settings, go to Account & Settings
  2. Click on Fulfillment then Collection & Delivery

 

If Delivery is not enabled for any of your locations, I suggest reaching out to our Support Team so they can file a ticket with our engineering team.

I'd be happy to help, but I'm not sure I understand fully what the issue is. Would you be able to record a video of the behavior so I can replicate this on my end ?

What I mean is that the Fullfilment checkbox options dont work properly. See screenshots

 

(1) Product showing Shipping (correct) and Local delivery (incorrect)

(2) Product fulfilment method only has Shipping ticked (which is what i want). Local Delivery is unticked, but still showing incorrectly as an option on the product page

 

hope that makes it clear.

I have turned off Delivery becuase we dont wish to use that, however the point remains that when this option is activates the system is flaky and not behaving as intended.

 

As my screenshots show, the checkbox was not ticked on any item to enable Local Delivery, however many of the items (not all) were showing both Shipping and Local Delivery. Its clearly a bug that needs fixing.
