Hi, I was looking to offer our online customers a subscription to our coffee. I added the subscription plan but then decided to remove as I didn't feel the functionality would work for our plans and ideas and discount communication form subscribing was not visually communicated well.
So I have removed subscription and its left my item paralyzed lol
I have stock but its saying the item is not available. Screenshot below.
Any idea how to fix with our having to delete the item and create again?

I had a look on your site, but I couldn't find this subscription.
Were you able to take it down after this post? If not and it's still there, please send a link and I can take a closer look.
Hopefully this might have been a cache and cookies issue, I'll keep an eye out for your reply.

To confirm - you made this Item originally from the Subscriptions Dashboard, but now you would like to sell it as a regular online item?

Hi @Breffni, I took the subscription off the item as we wanted it to do something functionality wise but it didn't do what we wanted. So in the dashboard/item library we remove the subscription from the item (we had a subscription plan already setup, this is still active as we use on another subscription item which still works fine).
At the item level on the website, removing the subscription from the item in the dashboard did removed the subscription options box and one time purchase box, but instead of showing the 'add to cart button', it now shows a frosted out button with the text 'not available', even though there is stock. All a bit strange.
I think the system may have just got a little confused. We are looking to see if we can clone the item...ok just tried cloning and the clone just replicated the item still with the problem. Next we will try to deleting and putting the item back on ground up.

Thank you, @doc_choc - interesting that the issue was replicated when you duplicated the item.
I double-checked the settings for this item and didn't find anything but I have asked the Square Online to double check for us.
I'll be back once I know more.
@Breffni all sorted now. So we took the old item off and created a whole new item for it. Not sure what happened whether there was a just a little wobble but it was linked to making the item a subscribed item, then when we deselected this item as a subscribed item it didn't revert back to being just a regular item in the item library. Not sure if its a problem that needs fixing or not yours side. 💪
The Square Online tried to reindex this item and make some changes to it to trigger the sync yesterday in the hopes that it would resolve the issue, but it looks like that didn't work, unfortunately @doc_choc
They suggested recreating the item from scratch again in this case. I hope that's not too much of a hassle.
