Is the information missing from the Order Checkout or did you want it to be added to your Customer Directory?

The info is not showing up in the invoice/customer info. It was easy enough to reach out and ask them for the info but assumed that since they had entered their address when signing up it would show up on my end. It is for a snail mail subscription so the address is essential.
Here is a screenshot of the link I sent. The mailing address and birthday are not being captured.
