Hi everyone, as we are all aware the outage and taking offline payments to keep our businesses running/ open. with the details only kept for 24hours and if this outage lasts before that 24hours is up, do you think square will reimburse for money lost etc?
Same issue here.We thought it was our wifi connection and proceeded to take offline payments.
Now the system is back online, those transactions are still pending.
can't seem to contact any customer service too ;(
Mine have all cleared by Saturday morning.
Check your transaction history on each device to see if they are still showing up any offline transaction.
