So we were having connection issues and processed four transaction in the "Offline Mode". Unfortunately, the IPAD of which the transactions were processed ended up getting lost.
Is there anyway to still process those transactions?

In order to recover those payments, we would need to have access to the device that the payments were taken on. So sorry about that.
