Number pad not showing correctly

I just received the square stand an have been testing it to see how it works. I have the feature enabled to allow customers to sign up for texts. When prompted to sign up, the number pad only shows a small part. Also, we tried to enter a tender amount for a cash transaction, same thing. How to get the entire number pad to show?
