Now that square does not sell magstripe reader. How will you swipe gift cards

I understand that you can manually key in the gift card code, but that takes a while, and I know you can use a barcode scanner, but I don't want to be carrying around a barcode scanner. I really liked the idea using magstripe for gift cards are there any similar magstripe products that work with square, ideally one around the same size

When checking out a customer that is using a Square gift card you are able to tap on the camera logo to scan the card using your camera instead of a barcode scanner.
