Our stylists often "rearrange" the calendar/combine appointments/etc, Within the last couple of weeks, when they change or cancel an appointment and select to NOT send notifications, our clients are still getting notifications that their appointment has been canceled (even though it hasn't been canceled, and we specifically ask the system to not send a notification.) Is this a known issue that Square is working on fixing? Please advise.

Yes, it is enabled. We like them getting reminders to confirm prior to the appt or else we get a lot of no shows because they forget they booked.
Hm, if you are seeing notifications be sent about cancellations that are not occurring, that doesn't sound right.
We would encourage you to reach out to our Appointments team directly so they can troubleshoot with you.
If there is something broken here, they will be able to file a ticket for our engineers to look into this, @sterlingshears!
