For our online order, email name and phone number are set as required field. Most of the orders are fine where we can see all those information. However, from time to time we will get orders with either no name, no phone number, or both missing. Is this something being fixed at the moment or? Please help.

So sorry for the trouble in collecting your customer information from Online Orders. This is interesting, indeed. I appreciate you taking the time to add some screenshots here - they are very helpful.
Just to make sure I have all the facts here, what specific device are you using when reviewing your orders? I can see that you are using the POS app from your bottom screenshot, but are you using a phone or tablet?
Also, here is a helpful guide to make sure you've checked off all the necessary steps to make sure customer information is collected.

I have (I believe) the same issue. When a customer makes a purchase through the online store, we receive an email notification that includes the item, the cost, the email address, and even the last four digits of the credit card. But no name!
Is there a way to include the name on the order email notification for (physical) items purchased through the Square online store?
