Why are some customers able to place website orders without an email address and phone number. I just double checked that my settings in the square.online>settings>Checkout>Checkout Experience was set to:
"Phone number Required"
Its happened about 3 times out of 80 and one particular time it was for a $400+ order and the lady got Covid and couldn't pickup her order and we couldn't contact her.
Is this a known issue or should someone look into this?
