Not receiving email notifications for orders

Hello,

 I am not getting emails for order placed on my website since yesterday 6/18/21

Last order confirmation I received was around 8:30am

I've had a few orders come through since then and no email.

I didn't realize I had had orders until I logged into my dashboard.

 

I know there were some issues yesterday that seem to now have been addressed.

I can now successfully add items into inventory and it syncs to the website properly.

That seems to work properly.

I'm sorry to hear you are still having issues with the account, @savagemann

 

We did have a known issue yesterday which has been resolved by the engineering team. Due to the fix, there is a possibility to see some delays with other services such as order confirmation emails.

 

As of right now, the expectation is that the delayed emails will eventually go through once the queue is caught up. We're hoping this issue is resolved shortly, although it may take up to 24 hours to return to normal.
