Not Happy

I am generally upset and annoyed. Having spent time creating my website I came to sign up on a paid version and got a shock that the plan I wanted £9.00 annually or £12 month to month has risen in price, not that be so much of a problem, but the specific thing i wanted in that plan as been moved to the next expensive plan, I also realised that the plan no longer as video storage  either which means if I want that particular piece along with the other thing I will need to join the plan costing £20 annually or £24 month to month. Seriously where was the email to at least notify that the plan was increasing. I am all about in tears over this. May as well now move to another website builder that cost as much as the second plan with a lot more features than what square online as right now. Holding back tears over this. Plus I am starting out and lumped with this.  I like the site it's simple to use an due to having issues that was eased with help on here revamped my site but now well what a waste of time, Thanks Square Online.

Hi @Sew-itCraft-it , sorry to hear this and your disappointment. I can totally understand how you feel especially with the time and effort put in.

I have developed many sites over years and what I would say for startups and small businesses every penny counts, but as your business moves forward, builds and gets momentum, these costs to a degree become less significant and more of a cost of doing business. So totally I understand the frustration, annoyance and upset you are feeling, but take solace that when your business moves to the next stage, whether that be by the tools Square online offers or some other means you will look back and realise this cost of doing business will be money well spent.
