I see that I can reprint a receipt from my virtual terminal on my laptop, but for our mobile food truck we only have the Square POS app running on an iPad, and connected to a Square Terminal for taking payments. I can print a receipt when taking an payment initially, but have no 'print' option for reprinting a receipt from transactions on the ipad - only email or text. Is there a print option for re-printing receipts in the POS app? THANKS!
Hi @Sweaty_Yeti. It sounds like you don’t have a printer defined for your iPad POS app, or the receipt printer is offline for some reason. That’s the only reason I can think of that the print option would not be available.
Thanks for the effort... Square Terminal is connected and confirmed printing original receipts, but no option for re-printing a duplicate. Not a big deal, but just trying to get fully up and running.
