When customers select local delivery on item page a message comes up saying, "Must enter address to add to cart". There is no place for them to enter the address. There used to be a box that popped up and it no longer does

Welcome to the Community.
If you click on "Enter Delivery Address", your customers will see a pop-up to enter the information. Then it can be added to their cart.
