No problem here at all. It looks like the mods here are awesome! They will get you to the right people. I only had 1 problem in 12 years they stayed on that phone for an hour trying and finally got done! Come to find out it was my credit union as we were on the phone I get a text from my bank and their system crashed and it was affecting all direct deposits, ACH and should be back up in a few minutes. They stayed on the phone and 10 minutes later walked me manual deposit and then back to my normal 5pm deposits daily. I had an amazing gentleman with a huge heart and patience 💓 I know it's frustrating and scary but they will get you on track! Good luck!
