I don't know what it means when it says pick up funds because there is nothing to retrieve. How do I actually get the funds in my account?

You need to connect your bank account account. In your Square Dashboard go to Account & Settings -> Business Information -> Bank Accounts and add your external Bank account there.
Funds get deposited within 1-2 Business days typically

Thanks! I connected my bank account, but after that payment had come in. How do I now transfer it over, because it was paid before my bank account was connected and it showing a pick up date.

Can you provide a screenshot of the "pick up date" message you are seeing?
Rest assured, once you link your bank account, you can start receiving your funds on any one of our transfer schedules. Your money can be transferred instantly, on the same day, or within one to two business days.

Hi @HeyMony 👋 The screenshot you posted appears to be a transaction receipt for a customer. The pickup time displayed is for the customer and is showing the pickup time for the item they purchased from you.
Since you connected your bank you will start receiving transfers into the account. Here is a support article that goes over the different transfer options you have.

I am the customer..it was a test order and I do dance classes.. there's nothing to pick up, the product is the dance class. I ended up requesting a refund on the 24th of June, still waiting for the funds to be returned.
