New items in time-based categories are showing always available

Whenever I add new items to time-based categories, they never show the time restrictions. They show up as always available. I've tried refreshing, using different browsers, etc. and it's always the same. I have to go in and manually re-type the hours for every category every single time to get it to bring the latest additions in the fold. Our menu changes very frequently, so this is really time-consuming. Hopefully I'm missing something, but we have customers who will just order whatever is available any hour of the day and they are allowed to pay and get a message saying their order is being made even though we aren't open and the time-restricted categories setting is turned on. Please help me see the easy solution I'm missing! Thanks!

Can you post a link to the page on your site where the items are showing up? Can you also let us know an example item or two that you recently added?

https://harrison-street-cafe.square.site is our site but you can only see what I'm talking about if you look when we aren't open. I can't post a screen shot but basically our menu changes daily and every time I make a change, the new items don't get the time-stamp. Don't know why, but it sucks because people will come to our website, pick the one or two things that are available and order them even though I have our hours posted. It's absurd!

I'm not sure if you resolved this earlier today or not, but the items on your website are currently unavailable to order. I do not see anything in your time based categories that is allowing me to order off the live site. 

 

Again, it's possible that you already corrected this error this morning, or whenever you last updated your menu. 

 

It may be best for you to reach out to the support team going forward. That way a rep can take a look at this one on one with you before you make any corrections of changes to the site settings.
