New item out of stock

I am quite disappointed there is not a way to contact square directly

I'm a new square customer planning to roll this out for my IT side business to accept afterpay.

When I add a new item and send the customer their checkout link it shows "Out of stock".

 

Even if I manually add a dummy number (say 10 units) or if I set it to not track stock the result is the same.

Sometimes, the reason this message comes up isn't related to stock on hand, but other factors, such as a fulfillment method being applied to your items in your Square Online Dashboard. Check out the troubleshooting steps in this guide, and let us know how you go!

I was looking into the web store part of Square and initiated but not completed the setup. Nick from support was able to help get this correct, thanks.
