Is there a way to find the name of a customer after they have paid with a credit card.
Some of my transactions have the "Customer Name" field blank.
With Some of my customers, when the name field is blank I can still send their recipt to a phone number or email address. You might be able to send a message to them that way to ask their name. I have used this route when a Customer has left an item or items at the store. I did not know their name until after contacting them as mentioned above. The other thing is to ask customers before taking a payment to add them to your customer list. If either of these do not work, there is no way to find out their name after they have completed and left your store to get their name.
